About us;

 
SlayedbyGloria  is an Hairbusiness created in 2019. We are based in The Hague , Weimarstraat. Here at SlayedbyGloria we make it our priority to make sure our clients feel Happy and Confident with their new hairstyle! But also to give you the best experience with us.
 

       When booking with us you automatically agree with our policy!

      So please read it carefully. So we can prevent problems and ensure you have a pleasant experience with us!

 

Policy

 

Sqeeze-in;

 
we offer squeeze-in spots! A sqeeze-in requiers a fee of 30-,. Please send us an E-mail at; slayedbygloria@hotmail.com for the possibilities.
 

Deposit;

To confirm your appointment, a deposit of 49% is required, this is (This is non-refundable) No appointment without a deposit

 
The deposit is non-refundable. We only give an refund if something goes wrong on our side.
 
You can move your appointment 1 time with the current deposit, if you move it an second time we will cancel the appointment and you will have to make an new appointment with an new deposit.
 

Payment;

We accept cash only! The deposit will go online trough Mollie ( an online payment service). No cash? 
A bank transer will be possible but we will add 5-,
 

Confirmation;

All confirmation E-mails. Will be send to your E-mail as soon as you book your appointment. In your E-mail, it is also possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment.
 

 

If this is not the case, we will be forced to cancel your appointment and you will still have to pay 50% of the appointment. Once we have received this, you can make a new appointment. (If you do not pay this, you will unfortunately end up on the blacklist until you have paid the amount)


Late?;

When you are running late please communicate this with us, you can message us;

10 minutes late? 

Then we will add an additional 10-,. This also applies to us if we are 10 minutes late to the appointment we will give you a 10-, discount on your hairstyle. ( keep in mind this does not replies if were are running behind. )

 

20 minutes late? 

Then the appointment is automatically Cancelled. ( this also applies to us if we more than 20 minutes late or run behind  more than 30 minutes we will discount your appointment with 15% )

 

Refund policy;

SlayedbyGloria has a  48-hour grace period in which can come back to us with any problems or issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. We do not give out refunds, but we will look for an fitted solution for both parties. We are constantly working on bettering our services, so feel free to contacts us so that we can learn from our. Mistakes!
 

Inportant;

 
Please come to your appointment alone (Children up to 12 years are required to bring a parent/guardian)
if you want to bring company please inform us a head of time.
 
You must come to your appointment with washed hair (WITHOUT PRODUCT) if this is not the case, we are forced to cancel the appointment.
 
For our braids we provid the braiding hair. Please tell us in advance which color you would like.
